Any Sacred Heart alumna will instantly recognize Frau Knotz, as they, like me, would have been captivated by her performances during the school tenners. Now, rebranded as Frau Knotz, Lauren Nottingham has carved out a name for herself as an electro-pop artist and producer. With chart-topping hits such as 'Supernova' and 'Runway of Reality,' Frau's music promises to leave you feeling elated and ready to hit the dance floor, as she vows to 'take you on a deep sonic odyssey.'
In addition to her musical pursuits, you can also find her at her family business, Bianca Lorenne, where she offers luxurious linens and homewares. Frau is partnered with the fantastic local dancer, Mizaan Turner.

Dance prodigy Mizaan knows how to wow a crowd - she’s been able to since she started dancing at two years old. During this time she has impressed the dance community so much that she received a scholarship to the Annelisss Gilberd Academy for their National Coaching Programme in 2021. Mizaan is a true joy to be around so I know you will love watching her perform with Lauren. Their choreography is technical and enticing and Mizaan is doing the most incredible job to design their performance. Despite her Dancing For Hope dance being a contemporary number, Mizaan also specialised in ballet, jazz, musical theatre and tap. If you are going to or have been to Seussical, you will have seen Mizaan performing, if not, make sure you get tickets to our event because she is not worth missing!
